NUTRiBULLET – meal replacement

For the past three months we have replaced our normal breakfast by using our NUTRiBULLET to create a smoothie. Here’s a picture of an example of what I typically make. NUTRiBULLET - meal replacement Ingredients

  • Carrots
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of kale
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • 1 Radish
  •  Pineapple
  • Some rolled oats

If you are using this as a meal replacement and or not thinking this is what it is for, you need to think for a moment. This shake can be very high in nutrients but also it is high in calories. Mainly from the fruit, which is made up of natural sugar. This sugar while good for you in many ways can add up to a large amount a calories that you can’t use.

I do recommend not having more that 1.5 cups of fruit. I always try to have the main ingredient some type of vegetable vs. focusing on the fruit.

By using more vegetables you will have more of a vegetable flavor. To help with that, NUTRiBULLET also has various powders that you can add to your smoothie. This is another way to get more nutrients and adding flavor.
